  I just had my first Sarpinos pizza.  This is the best pizza that I have eaten since visiting friends in Chicago.  Please, this is NOT saying that Sarpinos is a Chicago-type pizza.  In just saying that it is GOOD!  Had the Vegetarian (hold the pineapple) and add beef.  Wow!

  I had delivery and I arrived early. Midnight Express pizza that came with your choice of about 10+ dipping sauces. They also sent several packets of Parmesan cheese and red pepper. The Greek salad was all green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, onions, feta, olives plus oregano and spices. Plus they sent two sides of Greek dressing so you could add a little or a lot.
  The pizza was great and having a sauce to dip in was great too. Highly recommended.

  Ordered delivery to my hotel and so glad I did. Process was easy, quick, the food was still nice and hot, and most importantly...it was DELICIOUS!
  
  This poor Chicken Alfredo Calzone had no idea what was coming, a very quick end to its short life!

  Terrible experience tonight. I've never had any issues with this restaurant and have ordered from them multiple times, however tonight I ordered some wings for delivery and received them and was very disappointed. The wings were very fatty with very little flavor and I could not even finish one of them.
  
  I promptly called the location and got transferred around a few times and was put on perma-hold and had to call back and asked for a manager. I told him the wings were not good, very fatty, and could not even eat them. He then explained they were sent to their store in a big package frozen and they prepare them on site. He mentioned they were big and meaty and having some fat on them was normal. They are not big and meaty wings, they are small and more than half fatty.
  
  He then proceeded to mildly argue with me saying it sounds more like I did not like them over the quality was bad (which both were incredibly true). I asked if there was anything to be done and he basically said not really. I said well normally at a restaurant when food is bad you can send it back and or get a refund. After scoffing on the phone he asked my address and said he would cancel the order. I asked for clarification if I would be refunded in the process and said it should be by the end of the business day.
  
  I am truly disappointed in this experience because I love sarpinos. Their food has been very good every time I've had it. However, I will no longer be giving my money to this business based on this incredibly unprofessional experience. I recommend others not to patronize this disrespectful behavior.
